If there is a show on a weeknight they are open 1/2 an hour after the start of the show. Weekend shows they open the window 2 hours before the show and close 1/2 hour after the start of the show.

Hearing assist: The Frauenthal Center not only has hearing assisting devices with an infrared system, but they also have the hearing loop system in both theaters.
