The Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute is launching it's first campaign to raise funds for the creation of Camp Rosa Parks which will be the new West Michigan home for the international youth initiative "Pathways to Freedom". Fountain Street Church in Grand Rapids will host a benefit concert showcasing Carlos Seise, a classically trained operatic singer who has performed side by side with Luciano Pavarotti, Jose Carreras, and Placido Domingo on international stages.
